Beasiswa Berbagi Asa Website is a digital platform designed to support students in need by enabling community-based crowdfunding for education. The website connects donors with students facing financial challenges, allowing them to contribute directly to scholarship campaigns. By leveraging technology and collective generosity, Berbagi Asa empowers individuals to help others pursue their academic dreams and build a brighter future.

Problem based on market research

  • Limited access to financial support for students in need
Many students struggle with continuing their education due to economic constraints and a lack of proper study equipment like laptops.

  • Lack of a transparent, structured donation system
Donors need a platform that allows them to contribute with clarity and confidence, knowing where their funds go and how they help.

  • Difficulty reaching sponsors and donors
There’s a need for better engagement tools to connect alumni, organizations, and the public with students in need of support.

Design Solution

  • Clear information architecture: Separate sections for scholarships, donations, sponsorship, and about the initiative make it easy for users to find what they need and take action.

  • Emotive storytelling: Using real student stories and founder background helps build empathy and trust.

  • Simplified user flows:

    • Students can easily apply through a well-structured form with clear instructions and document uploads.

    • Donors and sponsors can contribute with just a few clicks, with the option to donate once or monthly.

    • Regular updates and transparent reporting (monthly reports) keep users informed.

  • Visual language that feels warm and trustworthy:
Illustrations, clean layouts, and soft color palettes communicate kindness and openness while maintaining professionalism.

  • Responsive & accessible design:
Ensures all users — including students on low-end devices — can access and use the platform easily.
